Being a one-man company, I do things differently than others. As I do not have a store location yet, all services are on-site and with me there is no third-party to worry about. I will be the one that you will explain everything to, I will do it myself, and in the end I will be checking with you to make sure everything is fine. This means that you will be informed every step of the way, and everything will be done exactly the way it is supposed to.

I am a graduated Computer Science Major who has provided a wide variety of computer services to many clients over the past 5 years. My one-on-one approach and considerable experience always allows me to find the perfect custom solution to suit your needs. Every computer is different, and every problem can be solved in different ways. During my years in this field I have found that a simple list of services isn't enough. Some services include things that are not needed, and others may not have enough. Because of this the list below is just an outline of the basic services, with custom solutions being available when needed. Find the Problem and Solution
With this service, your computer will be given a through diagnosis to uncover any problems and suggest solutions to improve your computing experience. Included is a virus check, hardware diagnosis, through visual inspection and a advanced operating system health check.
NEW PC SETUP

Get you up and going!
A new computer isn't as ready as you would think. It will likely come with a lot of bloatware that slows it down, and it will also require updates. With this service I will do all that for you, as well as install programs that you want, transfer your data and personalize it to your liking so you can get right to enjoying your new device.

Computers can be stressful, especially if you aren't sure what is going on. I can help you enjoy your experience by teaching you what you need to know, to make your time with a computer more enjoyable. From the very basics of windows or Linux or mac, to teaching grandparents how to use Skype, email or google, to familiarizing you with a new phone or tablet, or even teach you about internal components (even build your own PC!), my tutorials will get you up and running in no time.

Don’t Sweat It
In this day and age, viruses are EVERYWHERE! There are simple ones that provide ads based on your preferences or simply collect your usage statistics. Unfortunately many are much more malicious, aiming to steal personal information such as passwords, accounts and banking information, or to damage your devices, making them slow or simply keep them from turning on at all. If you think you may have one of these, contact me immediately as the longer you wait, the more damage they can do.

Prevent problems
As a computer is used, it deteriorates over time. Unnecessary data piles up, updates get postponed, programs get added and removed, errors happen and even dust gathers. All this contributes to devices slowing down over time. With a quick tune-up every 2-3 months and a full tune-up once or twice a year, your computer will remain in good shape and problems will be found before they get critical saving you money, time and importantly frustration.
SYSTEM RE-INSTALLÂ

Start fresh
This service will get your computer to the same state as it was new. Hardware will be checked and new hardware installed such as an SSD (solid state drive), or new hard drive (add cost of drive). Operating System will be installed from scratch with all updates, and all current drivers. This will give you a completely clean PC, removing everything that was there before, including viruses that can't be removed in any other way (like ransom or encryption viruses). Options also available for data transfers and program re-install.
